As a dedicated teacher, I firmly believe that movement is for everybody, regardless of age, shape, size, or ability. My goal as a teacher is to create an inclusive and welcoming environment where students feel empowered to explore and connect with their bodies in a safe and supportive way.

One of my primary objectives as a teacher is to help students find movement that is both enjoyable and sustainable. I emphasize the importance of listening to their bodies and making necessary adjustments to prevent discomfort or pain while building technique. By prioritizing pain-free movement, students can experience the benefits of movement without risking injury or strain.
